Please review "The Change Management System Defined" document linked below. Use the change management form (linked from "Blank Forms") to submit your pre-proposal. Please note that pre-proposals and full proposals are distributed for review on the 1st business day of the month.

Schedule for Completing Version 6.0 of the Field Guide (Phase 2 and Phase 3):

November, 2009– Final details of approved changes documented and available for pre-implementation work.
December, 2010 – Review of draft revision by all Bands - review comments due late Jan/early Feb 2011
February, 2011 – Begin final revision
April, 2011 2012– Deliver revised field guide to Information Management Band and FIA Regions
October, 2011 2012 – Regions may begin implementing the new revision of the field guide - originally scheduled for Oct 2011, start date amended at Prog Mgt meeting in Phoenix, Jan 2011; therefore, final field guide deadline is now April 2012.

Please Note: This schedule is subject to revision or modification. It is recognized that the Management Team may instruct change proposals to be accommodated at any time in the process.
