	-  In the PLOT table (page 20), there is a variable DESIGNCD (#13).  The comment is that it would be 
	   far easier for the user to have the design codes in the guide, maybe in an appendix, instead of having 
	   to call around and find someone who has a list of the code definitions. If the code definitions cannot 
	   be added to the document, then the names of the persons to contact should be listed at the variable 
	   location in the guide.
	-  There is a code 333 listed under DESIGNCD and it is not matched to any region (it is not in NCRS).  
	   What is this?
	-  The DESIGNCD variable is information vital to correct use of the data. There should be a reference 
	   to this variable and its use in Chapter 1 of the user's guide.
