October meeting: confirm dates: week of 10/25.  Location: Las Vegas.  When to start?  Monday 1 PM?  Head count

This is a discussion started by Pat Mile to automate the loading of FIADB data into the National Database in Saint Paul 
(hopefully so that each unit can be responsible for loading their own data). 
We need a process that:
	run QA checks on the local FIA units database
	loads the data from the regions to St. Paul
	run QA checks on the data 
	tracks loading dates
	tracks changes to population estimates
	alerts the Forest Inventory Mapmaker program that new data is available for publication
	dumps data in comma-delimited format for uploading from webserver
	modifies the html file used to alert users that new State/inventory data is available
