Re:  Actions needed for finalizing agenda of the joint band meeting.  Jan 9, 2004 deadline
1.  Issues part:  Need a short summary/outline/synopsis of exactly what the issue is (what will be discussed)  
     Ty Wilson and IA issue sessions.  - co coordinator with the IA leader(s) 
     TBD - to be determine - open for issue 
     Have 5 sessions per time slot
     Have enough time?  1 hour or 1 1/2 hours
    Who will attend what session (can decide when we know the final agenda and who will be attending )
2. Cross band meeting:
    Is each team meeting with the bands they want to? i.e. there is no PDR-SB meeting.
    Have enough time? i.e. PDR meets with DAB for two hours 
3. Appoint/volunteer facilitator(s)
